Processing Time

Your order will be securely packed and shipped from Germany. The time we need to process and prepare your order for shipping is currently approximately 3-14 business days (more details scroll to Deliver Times).

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL Warenpost International. Shipping rates are depended on the most updated market rates as well as the overall weight and sizes. Shipping rates may change without prior notifactions. All orders come with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and are depended on the weight of products order and your location.

Taxes and Customs for Orders Outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occasionally apply, for which I, as the seller, am not responsible and which must be borne by you as the customer. These include, for example, bank transfer fees (transfer costs, exchange fees) or import duties and taxes (customs/tariffs).

• Within Germany: 3-5 business days

• Europe countries: 5-14 business days

• Other countries: 7-14 bussiness days

Please note that these are approximate estimates. Deliveries may be delayed due to various factors (e.g., strikes at the postal service). If you chose a trackable shipping option, please check your tracking link for updates.

Delays

Kuu_Tinyshop will not be held liable for shipping delays that are directly linked to the post offices shipping process. 

• Please contact  your local post office when encountering shipping delays. They will be most qualified to help you locate your package! 

• Upcoming Shipping charges are payed by the customer and are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occured during shipping.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We only deliver to the address provided in your order.

Return Policy

Returns are possible. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.​

Additional Notes

In case of undeliverable shipments or returns due to incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs again.
