Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in writing via email. You may use the sample text (see below) for this purpose.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not including additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), upon receipt of the returned goods.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund by the amount corresponding to the loss in value (damage) of the goods, if this is due to unnecessary handling by you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We will withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods in full or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

The returned goods must be sent back to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from the order.

You bear the costs of returning the goods and are responsible for any loss in value resulting from improper handling of the goods (damage).
