Your order will be securely packed and shipped from Germany. The time we need to process and prepare your order for shipping is currently approximately 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL Warenpost International. At checkout, you can choose between insured (tracked) or uninsured shipping. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and depend on the quantity of products ordered and your location.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occasionally apply, for which I, as the seller, am not responsible and which must be borne by you as the customer. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We only deliver to the address provided in your order.

Returns are possible. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
